Subscriptions Policy
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of the selected product(s) based on the frequency and duration you choose at checkout.
Billing & Payments
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to securely store your payment method and automatically charge it for each scheduled delivery, unless the subscription is paid in advance. Charges will occur prior to each shipment.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Managing or Canceling Your Subscription
You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date.

Any changes or cancellations made after an order has already been processed or shipped will apply to future deliveries only.

Pre-Order Policy
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or scheduled to be released at a future date.
Payment Authorization
At checkout, we may:

Collect full payment,

Collect a partial deposit, or

Store your payment method and charge the full amount at a later date prior to fulfillment.
By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method when the product becomes available and is prepared for shipment.
Cancellations
Pre-orders that have not yet been fulfilled may be canceled for a refund of any amount already paid.
Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, the order can no longer be canceled. However, you may request a refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Fulfillment Timing
Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders are subject to change due to production, logistics, or supply-chain factors. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control, but we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed.
